<p>New Moon in Aquarius with a tight square to Uranus. <br>First new moon in Aquarius in a 20-year series, co-present with Pluto. Restless energies and heightened intensity. <br>There is an adjustment needed between the mental realm/air element (Aquarius) and on the practicality level/Earth element (Taurus). </p>
<p>After the new moon, we are witnessing Mars conjunct to Pluto in Aquarius around the 14th of February (Valentine’s Day!) <br>Right after it, Venus will conjunct Pluto on the 17th of February. <br>The level of intensity is doubled in regard to relationality and how we’re starting this new era of Pluto in Aquarius with all the personal planets coming for the first time in such a close connection to the Lord of the underworld. </p>

<p><b>Episode Description:<br></b><br>New moon in Capricorn ruled by Saturn with a supportive aspect to Saturn in Pisces and Jupiter in Taurus. <br>This new moon is trine (very supportive aspect) Uranus in Taurus very closely, making this new moon insightful, good for breakthrough and showing us ways to manifest more freedom in general and more specifically in the Capricorn and Taurus areas of our chart. <br>Mars moved to Capricorn on January 4th. Mars is exalted in Capricorn giving it a clarity and a focus to strategize and accomplish things properly. Mars is also now visible in the sky again after a long invisibility period that started at the end of September. <br><br>After the new moon Mars will be meeting Jupiter in a trine (very supportive) aspect, bringing boldness and confidence to our endeavors. <br><br><span style="font-family: Chivo; font-size: 18.375px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 200; letter-spacing: 0.275625px;">On the 14th of January, Mercury will finally get back into Capricorn, which is a much more practical sign for Mercury indicating a more focused thought process and help clarifying communications and negotiations that might have gone array after the retrograde.<br></span><br>On the 21st of January, the planet Pluto (principle of power, secrets, wealth, underworld realms) will cross into Aquarius, starting a new 20-year cycle that will shift the collective in many ways as we are shifting from an earth sign (Capricorn) to an air sign (Aquarius). <br><br>In 2024, Pluto is ending its stay in Capricorn that had started since 2008. <br><br>Imagery: The energetic signature shows the goat fish (Capricorn) as a direct representation of how to navigate this time. The front legs of the goat allow movement with focus and balance on rocky mountain landscapes and the fish tail navigates the waters with the moving current (feminine energy). <br><br>Musings: Align with your intention to know how you are able to manifest with the energies at play. Everything is supporting you. Take care of your skeleton and lower limbs (connection with earth and water).</p>

<p>Highlights: <br>– The New Moon happening in the sign of Scorpio (fixed water sign) that can reflect to us the season of death and rebirth. Deeply emotional sign. Lots of unconscious stirring! <br>– Mars being in its own domicile in Scorpio is focused and relentless, so it can keep going its planned route no matter what others think. – Uranus opposition: This volatility might highlight where we need to be free from some of the usual routes, it can also highlight irritability whether coming from us or others. <br>– Uranus, ultimately, is a planet that instigates freedom and liberation, through the theme of death and rebirth. </p>
<p>Musings: It would be wise to observe where these irritating states are coming from within us, and maybe choose other routes or sit with the discomfort of emotions. There is insight beyond chaos. We will find it if we listen deeply and allow our authentic self to emerge in all truthfulness.</p>

<p>If it had become a trend, a hip thing to do nowadays, a happy-hour, a “trip” which sometimes includes mixes of substances and add-ons that do not cease to amaze me, there is no denial of a deep need that is challenging our state of sanity to push through and change the way we are living on this earth. </p>
<p>A need to feel whole, accepted and belong to a clan or a tribe, a yearning for a passage through unfathomable difficulties, wanting to be and sometimes to run away from being, to meet God, to mourn loss and reconcile with death and dying… Many reasons are putting more attention on healing through expanded states of consciousness to live in a true sense of wholeness again. </p>
<p>Breathwork, deep states of meditation, silent retreats, vision quest, fasting, somatic bodywork and movement, sound, light and elementals, entheogenic substances and master plant and mycelial teachers are being sought and experienced as medicine by many to somehow remember and re-member…</p>
<p><em>“People say that what we are seeking is the meaning of life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive”. </em>A deeply insightful and so relatable by Joseph Campbell. </p>
<p>One of the many approaches to invoke and evoke this connection and gradually tap into it as an anchor in everyday life is through Ceremony. This can include the ingestion of plant medicine or not and it is held in a sacred space with a well-experienced guide meeting with a common intention; Serving and supporting the healing and growth of another human being. </p>
<p>The Maestro I used to work with always said: “Medicine is for Everyone” and these few words keep echoing in my journey and reminding me of this truth.</p>
<p>When we hear this call, we feel a pull from a place which encompasses our whole being. An original sound echoing within and resonating with the innate sound of creation. A sound that our soul knows and we recon that “It is time for me to take this step”. </p>
<p>We start to tune in and listen, slowing down enough to review our intention, investigate and approach this kind of experience with honesty and respect to our body, the wellbeing of our psyche, the functionality of expressing our emotions in a safe container, the reverence to the medicine itself and the elders and guides. </p>
<p>Once that call happens and one is truly listening, it is important not to rush through any plant medicine experience just for the sake of doing it and ticking that box.</p>
<p>There are many levels to that response and preparing for the journey in a conscious way is crucial for the psyche, the body and the environment that will be explored differently upon return.</p>
<p>Preparation itself plays a big role in the whole journey including the integration process. This can comprise starting to explore expanded states of consciousness in different ways (as mentioned above) and tapping into the effect of those approaches on you, your life, your energy and frequency. How you feel about it and how is it landing in your being is what essentially matters.</p>
<p>Sometimes, too much can be overwhelming and can take longer time to decipher and understand in order to feel the change and stand again in new way. And yes, for some people, this is what is needed and for others, it is not.</p>
<p>This is probably why, among many people out there, I feel like talking and writing more about this subject and shedding light on how can we do things differently and with integrity. This is a core part of our own healing and doing what light beings, medicine guides, elders and wisdom keepers are sharing with us all.</p>
<p>We are One and what we think and do affects the whole web of life. Here and now, we always have a choice. </p>

<p>The sun is shining bright this morning and the gentle breeze is cuddling the bamboo leaves across my window. The world outside this sheath is inviting me to step out and bathe in the smells of the earth, the warmth of the sun and the enchanted colors after the rain. <br />Before my haste, the wave of excitement engrossed me to write this; an intimate journey in which I share the wisdom received by the Medicine of the Holy Children that keep reminding me of the medicine within as beautifully channeled by the wonderful <strong><em>Sabia</em></strong> (Wise Woman) <strong>Maria Sabina</strong>.</p>
<p>What is perceived as complex yet is quite simple.</p>
<p>Following one of my medicine journeys that started with a specific intention, I wrote this. I was in a receiving state. I needed answers to what was coming up in my space. The moment the question was being worded, the answer seeped through in no time. It felt true, timeless. A message, raw, harmonious, gentle and deep. It enriched my soul in the moment and as I read it again and again. What came through inspired me and touched my essence, bringing a smile into my heart and a fuzzy warm caress in my chest. <br />A download and an upload that helped me notice what I have been sharing and keep sharing with everyone because the medicine is infinite, as love is.</p>
<p>HC: You are human and you are unique in your own humanness as everyone is in their humanness. <br />It is not a hierarchy. You are not smaller or bigger than anyone else. <br />You are creative in your own way as everyone can be creative in their own way. <br />You play your part in being in a human body and express what you are here to express regardless of appreciation or resentment. <br />When you are being authentic, you cannot blame anyone else for not being authentic. This is their human experience and they have the full choice to do what they are doing and to believe what they believe. Honor it. <br />When you do what feels right in your heart and your gut, you become more conscious that you are playing a part in the creation that is happening all over in every moment.<br />People like you are building a new reality; a new paradigm and we are with you on the way. We will not leave. We are here, as the trees were here, as your medicine spirits were here because you are the medicine and you do not need to reference anyone else in your life to do what is right according to them. Do what feels right for you and leave the rest to the divine creation. <br />You meet every being in frequency and the frequency carries the words and actions.</p>
<p>M: Am I creating you?</p>
<p>HC: Yes, you are and we are creating you at the same time.</p>
<p><i style="letter-spacing: 0.253125px;">(HC: Holy Children, M: Me)</i><br style="letter-spacing: 0.253125px;" /><br />This message did not feel complete without honoring an essential guiding spirit in my life and my shamanic path. It is a poem that speaks truth to me and enlivens my whole being. A timeless one.</p>
<p><b>You Are the Medicine – <em>Maria Sabina <br /></em></b><br />Cure yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon.<br />With the sound of the river and the waterfall.<br />With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.<br />Heal yourself with mint, with neem and eucalyptus.<br />Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.<br />Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon.<br />Put love in tea instead of sugar, and take it looking at the stars.<br />Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.<br />Get strong with bare feet on the ground and with everything that is born from it.<br />Get smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.<br />Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.<br />Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember: you are the medicine.</p>

<p>When we say that every ticking moment is an opportunity for a new start, we possibly couldn’t have touched on this truth more vividly and more viscerally than we are every day, especially now.</p>
<p>The way life is being felt and lived is becoming more and more fascinating. While the decadence is systematically happening, outward and inward, the concept of what we value is extensively shifting and changing. Lineages of what was thought to be based in love are shaking us all at the core to clear all the false beliefs that used to only serve the individual and not the collective.</p>
<p>Simply put, if one is still thinking and doing things for the wellbeing of oneself and some people only, it will merely work for a short while and then collapse. </p>
<p>It is time for us to truly wish for others (all others) what we wish for our self. </p>
<p>As things are getting more flagrant in terms of hollow narratives and repetitive non-sensical information, fear-based storytelling and ongoing emphasis on what to keep running away from, there is a sense of spaciousness for genuine interconnection with oneself and others.</p>
<p>It is amazing to see how focusing on one subject is taking many into an addictive blackhole while others are experiencing more freedom to be who they are and embody their truth.</p>
<p>Some days, we are feeling a lot and other days are imbued with a welcoming and appreciation following a deeper release of our own outer and inner spaces.</p>
<p>The sense of loss is becoming more intimately woven with what is coming in as something or someone is leaving our life.</p>
<p>While constriction is happening, expansion is simultaneous and love is felt at a much deeper level. </p>
<p>The recurring feeling of gratitude for witnessing the point in time and space where an ending and a start become one, because they are truly not separate. That moment where the sun meets the moon just for now, when before and after collide.</p>
<p>That now preceding the vanishing of light behind the vast waters of the earth and the graceful fading to welcome the dark with fullness, with expansion and perfection.</p>
<p>We are all feeling discomfort, and many are noticing that the drama around it is fading and the actuality of it is purely body based. This discomfort is what is pushing us through until we roll with it, until it becomes more familiar and organic.</p>
<p>An ongoing cycle where attachment to what was is crumbling and the only thing that creates is happening now. The rawness is showing in the subtle and the subtle is quite powerful and daunting yet exciting, inspiring and enlivening.</p>
<p>The more we die to what we knew, to the concepts of the past including dysfunctional ways of relating to ourselves and others, dissonant behaviors that are not aligned with who we are, attachments, fear and control-based reactions, the more we feel love, the more we feel life.</p>
<p>The practices help until they are fully integrated. The ceremonies support until the changes are embodied, until life becomes “The Ceremony”. The toolbox gets refined and emptied until the simple way of being emerges.</p>
<p>The past does not exist and the only way to be is in the now and witness the past melting away from your grip and the need to hold on to it in order to exist. </p>
<p>Now is what sets the foundation for the future.</p>
<p>What we change now affects the future.</p>
<p>Start a new dream, write a new script to the life you envision not only for yourself but for all humanity and existing life. The more we hold onto things, the more suffering we experience.</p>
<p>And we ask why there is so much suffering in the world?</p>
<p>The suffering of poverty, abuse and wars in third world countries has a very similar frequency to hatred, envy, fear and separation in the first world countries.</p>
<p>As long as the quality of life is not honored for every living being on this earth, nature will not stop and the more we try to control it, the more we will simply vanish.</p>
<p>Life is truly generous and what you perceive, you manifest through your own geometry that shifts now to either repeat similar events rippling into your life and all around you or you can choose to drop the auto-pilot veil within you that recreates the same story, over and over again.</p>
<p>The way to face control is not by trying to control back but rather releasing the controlling mechanisms within.</p>
<p>Taking over one another is no longer functional.</p>
<p>Force is empty.</p>
<p>Verticality is worn-out and taking a real break.</p>
<p>Now is where everything blinks in and out of existence including you, me and everyone around.</p>
<p>Now is where you make choices that will seed the earth for the coming generations.</p>
<p>Now is the gift of everything.</p>
<p>Now is the birth of the Sun (Son).</p>
<p>Now is the birth of Light.</p>
<p>May you be the light, know the light that you are and emanate from that place.</p>
<p>May the light shining through you resonate with the light in others.</p>
<p>May you know, in your heart, that you are not alone.</p>
<p>May you feel love and remember that you are loved.</p>
<p>May you keep nourishing yourself and others.</p>
<p>May you find your voice and speak your truth.</p>
<p>May you know your gift and share it with others, openly and unconditionally.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>One of my biggest trials as my tiny feet were taking me into a path that is known as spiritual was the self-satisfactory fantasy of thinking I was walking it alone.<br />
For as long as I remember, and many would relate, I was a rebel soul that wanted to change the world and would take on a belief in a cause or in someone until something changes and the reason behind the cause fades and the rebel faded with it.<br />
A being that wanted to simply belong to something, feel supported, honor others and honor oneself as life lays the challenges and the bread crumbs on the way.</p>

<p>Just like medicine, truth is aligned with what the space requires and what is true for you in the moment. It is clear and simple. It is not confusing yet it will bring up every layer of confusion for one to see, question, check-in and make a choice in the moment. That choice would be clear and integrally congruent with one’s own being or left on hold until becoming clear and accepted as it is.</p>
<p>Up until I started having a glimpse of what I was looking for in my life was truth; I was a vagabond seeker of something unknown. I was looking for the connection with God in the depth of my being, what Joseph Campbell beautifully describes as “the experience of being alive”.</p>
<p>Feeling split from the reality that I was living was no longer viable and the choices became scarce. I could not lie to myself any longer. The more I tried to analyze what was going on, the more I went into separation instead of connection. That separation was happening inside of me and the quest for truth is what kept me here in this body and this lifetime. </p>
<p>The latter is very much interconnected to the process of healing and as we all know, seeing things as they are within us is not pleasant nor is it comfortable. When we define ourselves as good people and we deny the whole picture, we realize that we were living in a box and this box gets tighter and tighter until something breaks.</p>
<p>Healing is challenging. We all agree on this point and for those who do not even like the word “healing”, maybe the main theme can resonate more for you. Each one of us is a very unique being that is complex and multilayered. This is the simple beauty and the complexity of life expressed in all its forms.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 16.875px; letter-spacing: 0.015em;">If you are looking for comfort as you step into feeling, discerning and witnessing the shift of deep-rooted patterns and beliefs that are not essentially yours, you will be persistently deceived and more so, you will see the fading of veils that separated you from the truth, from God and love. The feeling of being alone starts surging like the waves of an ocean washing away every sense of separation and loneliness within you. </span></p>
<p>Healing is done with what seems to be a never-ending state of “being alone” in this. A community, a family member, a real friend can support you but no one can do anything for you except love you as you are going in and going deep. This is essential and it is part of what I share with people during the preparation and integration phases before and after ceremony.</p>
<p>You can kick and scream your heart out as much you want. You can lose any sense of belief in what humanity came to be as you experience deception, betrayal and loss. The more you release on those expectations and aspects based in control, the more you open yourself up to the spaciousness of freedom and magnitude of love.</p>
<p>Healing is humbling. Healing is dismembering in order to remember who you are. It is an ongoing softening, molding and reshaping to be with all and live with all that is. </p>
<p>Healing is strange until the stranger becomes a friend and unlearning the past, a way of life.</p>
<p>Seeing the truth does involve pain and it makes me wonder if what we are told in the moment was true, would we have developed the fear of truth altogether?</p>
<p>It seems to me that hiding the truth made it look like this scary character covered with a dark cloak and showing like the beast that we run away from most of our life. That same character is what we end up facing and when we get to the point of removing the cloak, we awaken and we can’t go back to being asleep. Is it worth it?</p>
<p>How can we change our experience on this earth as we are still alive?</p>
<p>Why you? Why me?</p>
<p>Why the cruelty, the judgments and abuse? </p>
<p>The answers to all your questions reside in your own quest for truth and what that means for you. Your commitment to embodying your full potential and remaining in a state of awe to every daily miracle starting with the breath and carrying through with what you do and how you do it.</p>
<p>Everything is finally showing and the truth is bringing it all to the surface for it to be seen and for the right actions to be taken.</p>
<p>Actions that align with nature.</p>
<p>Actions that are loving, kind and compassionate.</p>
<p>Actions that reflect the new human being that you are becoming.</p>
<p>We are sitting together in this big ceremony and the medicine has been served with a yapa (additional dose).</p>
<p>The <em>Icaros</em> started. </p>
<p>The medicine is moving. </p>
<p>The nausea in on! </p>
<p>Buckle up and take a deep long breath for the ride of your LIFE and know in your heart that Love fills the space within, around us and in between. You are held. You are taken care of and you are not alone.</p>
<p>Have faith. </p>
<p>Keep loving..</p>
