We are offering an all-inclusive plant-medicine assisted set of retreats supported by a comprehensive integration program. This retreat is based on a five-days/four-nights format, starting on the 5th of May, 2024.
The Los Santitos retreat program includes two medicine intake ceremonial days and two full integration days, and is unique in offering Shamanic ceremony and both Therapeutic / Healing integration support.
We have chosen to hold this experience over several days in order to help you unpack the experience, and balance your systems during the “landing phase” with our integration therapies. These include breath-work, energy healing, massage, psychotherapy, and other contemplative and embodiment practices.
Los Santitos' 5 Days, 4 Nights Retreat will include:
– Pre-Retreat
• Virtual intake sessions over the course of one month prior to the retreat date: Two sessions with your allocated facilitator (Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner)
• Breath-work Preparatory Session: One virtual preparatory session with our breath-work facilitator 2 – 4 weeks before your arrival.
Breath-work is a vital complementary practice for both the plant medicine journey and the integration process.

To optimally integrate the experience of the retreat in your daily life and really anchor the transformation into your being for healing and growth, the integration team will be available to schedule sessions with every guest as needed. (Therapy, Energy Healing, Breathwork).
