Integration

In a shamanic ceremony setting, such as a Plant Medicine Ceremony, or in other guided experiences like breathwork, movement, sound healing, isolation, dark room, and extensive prayer, establishing a strong foundation for integration is crucial to the overall experience.

Integration is an ongoing process we go through in our life. From the moment we come out of our mother’s womb, we are integrating and learning how to be in a body.

This is a touch-based session with an energetic exchange to transmute heaviness expressed in the form of pain, aches, fatigue, and even a sense of emptiness.

Words of Appreciation

The open space-ceremony and the way Maya created the safe room gave me security and I could fall/”go” very deep.

I´ve got a lot of trust. After the ceremony, I felt a deep guidance with the “medicine”, Maya, and the spirits.

It was so professional. There was a safe space she created. I was pampered and comfortable.

The connection will never be lost.

I like working with Maya. She is very specific and thorough in everything she does or says. Post-ceremony she is always accessible as well and shows up when needed.

Maya… I can’t think of any better guide to trust and be in ceremony with. Although I expressed lack of trust during the ceremony that I wasn’t even aware of, I know now that it was my own inability to trust myself or anyone else that was being highlighted. Maya is a strong and loving being and it has been really a pleasure being guided by her in Ceremony.

Although my experience was dark and intense, she held me in a space of love and safety, before, during, and after the ceremony. I feel totally lucky that I have known her for many years now and that I had the chance to share such a powerful life-changing experience with her. Maya, your work is “saintly”.
