Antaras comes from “Antares” – the brightest star in the heart of the Scorpio constellation – the sign of death, rebirth and deep transformation.

The Antaras retreat program includes two ceremonial days and two full integration days, designed to create a safe and deep connective experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness.

We have chosen to hold this experience over 5 nights/ 6 days in order to help you properly unwind, unpack the experience, and balance your systems during the “landing phase” with our integration therapies.

Special consideration is taken to disconnect you from the heightened state of your day-to-day and to mindfully connect instead to the natural elements your body is craving: Earth-Fire-Air-Water.
Practices will include breathwork, massage, psychotherapy, and other contemplative and embodiment activities to help balance.

Ceremonies are incredibly powerful experiences, and so the journey and therapy process we are offering are designed to support you as you encounter your inner wisdom, explore the inner workings of your path, and experience deep personal exploration and growth.
