Overview:

The moon is our body. The wholeness of it.

The cycles of the moon usher an ongoing contraction & expansion, closing & opening, seeding & shedding, introspection & extrospection, diving deep & surfacing, stillness & movement, the dark moon & the lit moon & all the phases in between.

All of it is experienced in the body.

This journey is in the body, in the womb where we hold stories & where we create & re-create them too.

As women, the medicine we ingest together in a sacred space on the new moon invites us all to accept our part & what we are asked to do individually & undo what holds us back from being fully embodied women.

This integrated journey in the body is one I am exploring as a woman & it is a blessing to be with you as you explore the boundaries, the fears, the unhealthy manipulation, the belief of lack and missing something in relationships and connections with self & others.

Our Offering will include:

Ceremonial Cacao with a pinch of Magic!
Womb Healing Breathwork & Embodied Movement Journey,
